6. Delivery Address

IMPORTANT: If you wish to make any exchange claim for damaged or defective products:

  • You must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video
  • The video must show the sealed package from all sides
  • Record the complete opening process without cuts or edits
  • Clearly show any damage or defects

Claims without proper unboxing video will not be accepted. This is mandatory and non-negotiable.

7.3 Reporting Issues

To report delivery or product issues:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

    • Order ID
    • Description of the issue
    • Unboxing video (for damaged/defective products)
    • Photographs of packaging and product

8. Delivery Confirmation

8.1 Proof of Delivery

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • The package is handed over to the recipient at the delivery address
  • The courier obtains a signature or delivery confirmation
  • OTP verification is completed (if applicable)

8.2 Non-Receipt of Order

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeline:

  • Verify with neighbors or building security if delivery was attempted

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to locate your package

9. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is confirmed lost by the courier:

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner
  • Investigation may take 7-10 business days
  • Upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement or full refund

9.2 Damaged in Transit

If your package is damaged during shipping:

  • Valid unboxing video is mandatory for claim processing
  • We will coordinate with the courier for damage claims

10. Undelivered or Returned Orders
