At Tishya Jewels, we maintain strict quality control to ensure every piece reaches you in perfect condition. To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we follow a strict No Return policy.

I. Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges in the event that a product is received as damaged or defective. We do not offer refunds or returns for "change of mind" or size issues (please check product descriptions carefully).

II. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process an exchange claim, a clear, uninterrupted opening video of the parcel is strictly required. This is non-negotiable. The video must:

  • Show the sealed package from all sides.

  • Show the entire opening process from start to finish.

  • Clearly highlight the visible damage or defect.

  • Contain no cuts, edits, or transitions.

Any claim submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

III. Timeline & Condition

  • Reporting: You must raise an exchange request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@tishyajewels.in or messaging us on WhatsApp/Instagram with your order ID and the video.

  • Condition: Products must be in their original packaging, showing no signs of use, wear, or tampering. Damage caused after delivery is not covered.
