1. No Return / No Exchange Policy

We maintain a strict policy:

  • ❌ No Replacements

Due to the hygienic and delicate nature of jewellery products, once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal dislike

  • Incorrect selection by customer

  • Minor color or design variations

  • Size expectation mismatch

  • Delivery delays

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images before placing an order.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued ONLY in the following case:

Duplicate Transaction If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment gateway error:

  • The issue will be verified with the payment provider.

  • The excess amount will be refunded after successful verification.

  • Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment only.

  • Refund timeline: approved refunds, will be credited within 7–10 business days after approval.

No other refund requests will be entertained.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

4. Limitation of Liability

Tishya Jewels shall not be liable for:

  • Minor variations in product appearance

  • Courier-related delays

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Customer dissatisfaction after delivery

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
